Rick Schleigh, founder and President is a true professional in navigating the retail landscape for the brands he represents.

His relationships enable him to gain entry and credibility for brands that would otherwise have difficulty getting seen by the right buyers and distributors.

He is a tough negotiator, always working on behalf of those clients who need the representation and skills to get their brand to market.

Ed’s extensive retail experience includes all aspects of sales, marketing and branding including logos and graphics, social media, website development, product sell sheets and more.
Specialties: Translating consumer insights into actionable design concepts which capture, educate and entertain the customer leading to increased loyalty, satisfaction and repeat purchases.  Also, innovative store design, visual merchandising, marketing and branding.

Guy bartley

VP, Sales

Guy started his career in procurement for 2 large format grocers, managing highly visible categories.  

He also spent a considerable amount of time successfully creating, launching and building out
brands at retail from concept to shelf.
Guy has extensive retail connections, strong negotiating skills, and broker management in all retail formats.
He works tirelessly for the brands he represent s and goes the extra mile to close deals.
Guy is based in the heart of the NY/ NJ metro markets.

Regional Sales Director

Joe started his career as a corporate sales rep working for the 3rd largest specialty foods distributor in the US. Moving up to working in independent sales, category management and plan-o-gram design and ultimately managing a sales team of over 100 reps nationally, Joe brings strong connections with distributors and retailers to the team.

Joe is based in southern New Jersey.


Client Account Manager

Tinamarie brings 14 years’ of experience in retail, food service, import/export, and private label product development.

Tinamarie is customer relations driven and delivers client focused sales. Her long-term value connections and understanding of the evolving retail avenues gives your brand the edge to influence category assortment, promotions, displays, position, and access to the data to drive sales.

Tinamarie brings to our team a creative mindset and strong negotiating skills bringing growth to new products and our client's success.
