RICK SCHLEIGH

President

Rick Schleigh, founder and President is a true professional in navigating the retail landscape for the brands he represents.

His relationships enable him to gain entry and credibility for brands that would otherwise have difficulty getting seen by the right buyers and distributors.

He is a tough negotiator, always working on behalf of those clients who need the representation and skills to get their brand to market.

ED PETTERSEN

VP, Marketing

Ed’s extensive retail experience includes all aspects of sales, marketing and branding including logos and graphics, social media, website development, product sell sheets and more.
Specialties: Translating consumer insights into actionable design concepts which capture, educate and entertain the customer leading to increased loyalty, satisfaction and repeat purchases.  Also, innovative store design, visual merchandising, marketing and branding.

KEITH JACKSON

VP, Business Development

Keith is a proactive sales executive with over 40 years of experience covering the grocery, mass merchant, drug, specialty, and dollar channels.   His background also includes managing live food demonstration programs, in-store execution and remodeling teams, plan-o-gram development, and retail pricing intelligence. Keith started his career as an independent manufacturer's representative, moving to AAi.FosterGrant as Vice President of Channel Sales, working for WMS Trade Group as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, as well as holding various Director/Senior Director roles at Advantage Solutions.

LORI SILVERMAN

VP, Food Service Development

Lori Silverman is a Jersey Girl. Having spent time in NYC and California she’s now back home in New Jersey. Lori’s experience covers Distribution, Manufacturing, and Brokering, for both food service and retail. Lori is great at building a brand presence with an emphasis on Grocery. She has pioneered plant based,organic and natural brands and has a passion for working with niche brands. Her resume also includes working with a Celebrity Chef or two, creating and executing sales plans. Lori is a straight shooter, and with over 35 years of experience there isn’t much she cannot do, and she believes her professional relationships are her secret to success.

JEFF SCHRETT

Director, Client Services

Originally from Buffalo, NY, Jeff has lived in several states throughout the US and now calls Sarasota, FL home.

Jeff  believes that consistency and integrity are the mainstays of corporate success. With over 30 years experience, Jeff is an experienced player in several areas of both manufacturing start-ups and growth strategies.

Jeff began his career in the consumer packaged goods industry with 2 years at Oscar Mayer, 11 Years Campbell Soup, and 14 years with ConAgra.  He has spent the past 7 years in Natural Foods, Dietary Supplements and most recently the burgeoning CBD industry.

TINAMARIE MAJAROS

Director, Client Services

Tinamarie brings 14 years’ of experience in retail, food service, import/export, and private label product development.

Tinamarie is customer relations driven and delivers client focused sales. Her long-term value connections and understanding of the evolving retail avenues gives your brand the edge to influence category assortment, promotions, displays, position, and access to the data to drive sales.

Tinamarie brings to our team a creative mindset and strong negotiating skills bringing growth to new products and our client's success.

Regional Sales Manager

Lori has more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of sales. She has built and managed sales teams in her own Real Estate firm. Her creativity was developed founding and operating a residential design and construction company. Lori’s passion for good food combined with her honest enthusI-asm makes buying a pleasure without pressure.

jennifer brown

VP, Business Development

Jennifer has spent 10+ years delivering results in the perishable category for key national accounts such as Safeway, Whole Foods, and Ahold/Delhaize.   She has proven success in helping new business clients achieve high volume potential based on a strong understanding of their proprietary benefits and how these align with market trends. Jennifer has proven highly adaptable at managing product distribution schedules, coordinating buying timelines, working with vendors to secure new product placement, assisting in new item set up, and managing approved product listings between UNFI and key national customers.
